wa.. today went for training.. got the kind of gonna "DIE" feeling.. sprint 6 X 400m around the track.. having intervals of 2 min break after each round.. just feel like throwing out the Alfredo(pasta) that i ate in the afternoon... but continue to push on.. after running, i am damn shag.. cant walk straight.. y am i so weak..... zzz.. after tt went to jump steps.. another killer.. need to jump eight times of 11 steps.. my legs like jelly.. cant stop shaking.. after the jumping of steps, my brain pain.. then feel like puking.. but its actually "nao cong xue".. really scared i will just collapse and die in 1 hr time.. lol.. also trying to keep myself awake as i scared i lie down, i'll leave this world.. =x.. i seriously needa train more.. hais.. when will i attend every training and not skip training? i donno.. i need the motivation man.. screw myself for skipping though.. but sometimes i'm just too freaking lazy.. haiz..
anyway, was happy that i bought a shirt today.. after so many years, finally buy a shirt for new year.. but y am i so hum ji.. see the shirt tt i find it nice, but don dare to try.. -.-'' shopping phobia.. lolx.. need to improve in this also.. many thanx to lex,dennis and jeremy though.. =D

wa.. today is the day for I&E event and i witness something unbelievable.. we are organising a kayaking expedition from kallang to east coast.. it sounds like a short trip to canoeist but it definitely sounds like a "long" trip to those participant.. today i saw bernard capsize not long after we launch.. then suddenly i hear him shout..i turn back immediately and saw his mouth expression scolding F**K.. hhahaha.. so funny la.. i cannot believe it.. (bernard don kill me hor.. i post it up in my blog).. hehe.. today reach SDBA around 0745.. then saw kel.. he help me carry out those boats and check the condition.. load those checkeD boat onto the trolley.. count and count.. the number of boats just nice.. so heng...
then peter and dennis went to pick up those participant.. suddenly, dennis call me tt got 2 xtra ppl popped out.. omg.. boat number just nice.. now i lag of 1 boat.. headache.. then i bo bian.. went to ask cher for help.. initially i tot must pay him the rental fee.. but he say don need.. i felt so happy.. can save money.. lol.. i borrowed a s2 from cher and the problem was solved.. thanx cher.. u rawks!!
peter gave the briefing as i settle all those boat stuff.. once everything is settled, eathen, jeremy and collin bring the participants to the launching point.. everyone launch their boat and wait for us under the merdeka bridge.. when everyone were out in sea, eathan taught them basic strokes and how to navigate.. briefing finish, we begin our expedition.. at first, i tot it was good.. but i see the way they paddle.. OMG.. don need to go east coast liao.. normally for marathon training, we took around 30 min to complete one triangle(4Km).. the participant gave me a huge surprise.. they took 30 min to paddle from pontun to sheares bridge.. tt is like taking 30 minutes for 1km.. omg... lex is the expedition and i can see that he is falling asleep as the speed is very slow.. keep stopping to wait for ppl to catch up... went out from kallang basin.. it starts to get tropy.. mr chong capsized after awhile.. one of his sunglasses lens drop into the sea.. overall he donated his car keys, one black lens to the sea.. lol.
we carry on rowing.. at the construction there.. the wave is very high.. very powerful as alot of boats go thru and fro.. mr chong was unable to go as the stability is not there due to certain reason.. =X
pitched up at gay beach.. saw the participant.. u splash me with water. i splash u with water.. lol.. gay beach has nothing anyway.. after break, we row back to kallang basin for lunch.. then took photo.. and we kayak back to the launching point.. load the kayaks up the trolley and row back to SDBA for washing.. after tt, peter lead the participant to bath and the event ended.. glad to hear from teacher he is satisfied.. thanx mr chong.. went home and slp afterwards.. so tired..

wa. yesterday went to cmpb to submitmy last sem result and retrieve my green ic(11B)... went to the counter to wait for my queue number to be called.. when its my turn, i walk to the counter and sat down.. she ask if i'm a regular and i say yes.. then she search and search.. she tell me no have.. then gotta check for me.. 5 minutes later, she tell me its ready for collection, but its at lvl 2, haven send down.. then i tell myself.. did i come here abit too fast? later she think y i so gan jiong.. lol.. after tt i went up.
I climb the spiral staircase up to lvl 2.. when i reach lvl 2, it was abit quiet.. just a passageway way with rooms at the side.. donno how to describe.. but i seriously think tt place can be used to shoot horror film.. LOL.. i walk to the last room and went in.. i submit my name and he went to process everything for me.. 5 - 10 minutes later, he call me and pass me a package.. i saw my 11b and my dogtag inside.. the picture was awritez but my hair sucks.. lol.. i gave him my pink ic and he ask me to fill in a form.. finish doing everything, i saw my pink ic being taken away.. i was so sad as i bid farewell to it.. LOL.. =x
10 years later, when i come to collect my pink ic, i will see two different person.. lol. one young and one old.. but of coz i don hope to get back my pink ic in 10 years time.. but in 35 years time as i hope to continue.. 10 years later, come out.. do wat? drive bus? fry french fries in macdonald? lol.. donno.. so hopefully can carry on till i'm old..

woke up in the morning.. was raining.. very cold... nothing to do, i went back to sleep as i got training later in the afternoon.. woke up again at 1200.. was still raining.. i msg dennis.. ask him got go down anot.. no reply.. i call him once, nv pick up.. call him twice, nv pick up..was thinking maybe he forgot to bring his phone.. or some other reason.. ok nvm.. i scared he go there alone, so i decided to go down.. even if he is not there, i can ask juniors if they got see him anot.. get myself changed, packed my stuff and went out with an umbrella.. reached kallang mrt at 1.25.. i was late... but the strange thing is tt y he nv call.. normally if i'm late, he will call adna sk where am i.. then i walk to SDBA.. walk and walk.. my whole pants drenched.. got umbrella == no have.. then i reached SDBA.. saw wei qiang talkin to cher.. ok.. i walk in... i saw everyone. all standing around the rack.. then i saw dennis.. he told me he finish training already... and say he forgot to tell me that he go for morning slot.. then i was like.. oh ok.. so who will row boat with me now.. then clemence walk to me.."hey liang... u come for wat.." the weather was cold.. but as i talk him, tell him y i come and who will row with me, my farkin face feel so hot, like got the burning sensation.. so obvious.. lim peh du lan.. then i nv talk much.. wanna turn and go already, dennis say got jun sheng and lex.. maybe they will come.. i called them.. both of them say not coming.. then i tell myself.. wow.. its time to go home.. greaT.. bid every farewell and i leave.. i slowly walk to kallang mrt station, the wind blow and blow... now my bag also wet..
as i was walking, i think.. today i saw an airplane take off from sdba... and its flying high.. wat airway was that? it was pangseh airway.. i donno y i feel so du lan.. u can say i'm petty, coz liek tt oso du lan.. whatever.. i don care.. went to tiong bahru.. bought two gundam to satisfy myself.. just wanna vent my anger by buying things... after tt, went to wait for my parents at tiong bahru bus stop.. they saw me and ask... "y ur face so black..." i nv reply.. just say i BU shuAng.. after eating lunch, feeling better... du lan oso no use... for fuck.. just let it be.. friend and teammate after all.. he did apologise after all.. anyway everything is back to normal now.......................................

so sian now.. test finish le.. so far so good for the two paper.. should be happy ma.. but i feel so sian.. after test, ppl go happy.. i go back school to prepare for tml cca orientation.. no equipment, no nothing.. headache.. and our interior designer mr Junda canont make it today.. even more jia lat.. just make do with wat we have.. i just suck at designing.. lol.. anyway, the display thing are almost done.. lets split it into 4 section.. 1,2,3,4.. first part, badges and rank display.. tt wan i think its ok.. second part.. knn.. like magazine and paper anyhow throw.. so messy.. all teachers idea.. so kuku lor.. then 3 and4 part still ok i think... tml junda see liao confirm wanna change the whole room design.. lol.. walk here and there.. suddenly moodless.. donno y.. think i lack of slp.. see the way the cadets train.. feel like screwing them.. but nv.. so let them be... haiz..

waaa.... fews days nv come and write new entry le.. anyway, today omrning, i went to CMPB to take my oath(sompa).. coz i sign on as a regular in the airforce.. was kinda interesting though.. but actually nothing much.. lol.. just raise up ur right hand and follow wat the captain read out.. so much for tt.. waited for quite some time before the airforce school personnel came down.. they say got anything happen, must update them.. got relationship problem also can call them up.. i wonder y... scared we go commit suicide coz of BgR?? lolx.. after the song pa session, the captain start to show some of his power.. lol.. vulgarities start to shoot out from his mouth.. lol.. he talked to us, we lan lan, nv reply.. can see that he wanna screw us with a screw driver.. =x..
sign on liao, kinda ma fan.. go abroad must apply for permit and notify them.. even if wanna go JB eat seafood oso must tell them.. but must get use to it oso.. =x.. oh ya..i made 1 or 2 new friends too.. all gonna be my future colleague.. so now must pei yang gan qing first.. LOL.. kiddin
went back to school to study for my common test paper.. like nothing to study liao, but still must make myself feel more relieve by attending one or two question.. LOL.. the test was over.. think can scpre 90 and above.. =D.. hopefully lor.. keep my fingers cross.. hope the lecturer don minus too many marks..
