well well well.. after few days, i'm here to blog again.. me and my dumb stories.. everyday oso gt interesting happen, but i too busy to update.. lol.. anyway, today went for training as usual, nothing special. the only special things is went to find jia ying, then take elva's cab to SDBA.. (can sleep later).. hehe.. thanx elva and jia ying!!! =)

reached SDBA, gt to eat bee hoon for my breakfast.. mr cool(bernard) bought it for me and i have yet to return him money.. lol.. thanx thanx.. after eating, i see dennis face so black and the boats nt out, i faster ask everyone to bring out the boats, if nt later punishment.. lol.. but later i ask him, he say he tired.. so face black.. heng.. hehe.. took out the bar and begin to do sets. but after one set, cher come liaos.. so prepare to launch instead of continuing.. took k2 with bernard again.. my partner ma.. don take with him then take with who.. lol.. this time is cher's k2.. i nv realise tt summthing is wrong until the boat is in water.. my foot rest don have the nut to secure it!!! wtf.. i told cher, he say he tot he put it back, then he say lost again.. in other words, i lan lan.. just row.. lol

everything was find.. went to do a triangle for warm up.. smooth.. then cher did revision with us. row to B1 and out.. during the second time when we row into B1, we start to pick up momentum.. but capsize due to unknown reason. dotz... moral drop by 1/4.. after tt, its sprinting time.. did a few number of short sprint. k2 gt jia ying & elva, jeremy & colin, me and bernard. jeremy's boat capsize due to unknown reason too, then left with me and jia ying boat.. cher shouted GO and the boat was like on par.. by right is supposed to lead them by quite some distance, but this time is on par.. their reps is nt fast, but their strokes are nice. its either win them by alittle or lose.. cher still tell us, "i think they(the girls) can do better than u rall".. sian diao.. then the kuku bird foot rest pop out of the hole 2 times.. how to do better.. my moral drop by another 1/4.. now left 2/4.. nxt is 1000m sprint, now jeremy is back. we sprint, and capsize again at 500m mark.. was actually second.. but wats there to be proud of. serene is the BEST today!!! she like red cross member, going round to rescue ppl who capsize... u RAWKS!! haha.. this time when i get up onto the boat, i burning liao.. i really feel the heat in my body.. i'm furious, i'm frustrated. row back to pontoon to find the rest.

now is the last 1000m sprint.. cher shouted GO and we din want to lose out. jeremy capsize due to unknown reason, and we continue.. on par again. i really hot liao.. then tried to row faster. ask my partner to put in more strength in every stroke. lead them by a little now. but the boat nt really stable.. sian.. then now i see, they gonna catch up, and i cant take it anymore, i shouted at my partner to ask him to keep pu the pace and nt give up. we did win the girls, but once again, wats there to be proud of. i'm rude and i'm sorry, but if want to win with this kind of standard, can go train another 10 yrs. this is the facts. the results are clear.

reached there, i ask my partner nt to rest and continue to row and train strokes. only rest at the 500m mark. now is the 500m sprint. cher shouted GO and we sprint. on par again.. sian.. trying very hard to row faster. lead by alittle. then last 100m, i shouted again. coz i really burning. ask him to give his best shot. we made it by one boat length or lesser. row back to 500m mark again for the last 500m sprint. this time must really win, coz last sprint.. GO and we sprint. jeremy boat was fast and was by the side.. this time, we r in the first postion. the start was a gd one. at about 70m from the finishing buoy, i shouted again. i maybe very kao bei, but if this can make my partner burn and perform even better, y not. at 30m mark, we capsize. my moral drop to 1/4.. b4 we drop into water,i hurt my right rib.. think is wrong positioning.. i just float on the water, open my mouth and breath. i didn't care bout anything around me anymore. tears came out from my eyes. three years of rowing boat and this is the first time my tears came out. jeremy won the race and he rescue us. but he cant see tt i'm in tears as it is being camouflauge by the water. gt up the boat and row to suspension for some sort of warm down sprint.

cher took a few of us to learn strokes while other return. the session was a good one. my anger, my sian-ness was all being thrown aside and things became normal again. went back to do sets and bath. rain was big and weather was cold.. run thru the rain to get to stadium. tt stupid dennis saw me running to him, he still run. let me be in rain.. -.-" but he did shelter me at the end.. thanx dude.. haha
jia ying tries SO HARD to nt speak for 5 minutes.. she made it.. but she cant stop tokin at the food court in suntec. hahahahaahah!!!!!

saw this "SUPER CHIO" GIRl on bus with this very blue hair.. omg man.. like wig.. ahha.. wen to eat with one fo the NYJC guy and went back home. made a nice friend today(NY guy). =) at the end of the day, everything was back to normal and everything is good. just hope for a better performance next training.

yohoooooooooooooooooo.. today onwards, i am MR LKK.. mr lok kok kia.. everything no change de.. tired of many things.. anyway, today went for driving revision.. i got the instructor i want, but i disappoint him toda.. sigh

the moving off was very good, no engine vibrating, no nothing... just move off smoothly.. then the first obstacle, turn at point 3 and do a S course.. tt one still ok.. but after tt, problems start to appear.. then direction changing was bad, always misjudge.. either stop too early or stop too late.. hmmm.. i must master it.. the circuit was still "OK".. my parking was alright.. then he say right turn adn go to main road..

turn left and out to main road, he ask me to turn right.. i signal and speed up. first mistake he tell me, red light further in front, y u increase ur acceleration by so much. then i slow down and wait for the turn. went to teck whye there to drive around. donno y, my reaction like so slow. a bus is coming out from the bus stop, i still pick up speed, wanting to go ahead. he told me off and so i slow down gradually. the bus move off and i was behind it. once again, i step on the accelerator again. this time is a down slope and the car was moving fast. the bus was infront and my slow reaction caused the instructor to break in hard for me.. wat the hell.. he keep saying," i donno y u must go so fast".. sigh.. i tot the remaining journey i could pls him, but no. during turn, i always last minute then shift down gear to turn. i turn with leg on brake(coz speed too fast) or leg on clutch(coz too late down gear) and he say wrong. he keep saying again,"i donno y u must do things at the last minute." sigh again.. at the super long slope, i stop at the stop line, pull up handbrake, signal right and prepare to go.. everything was rdy BUT i forgot to change from gear 2 to gear 1.. so dumb lor.. then the car die on the slope.. zzz.. like tt oso can forget.. fish man

for turning from main rd to side rd, i again reduce speed and down gear too late.. i reach the point, just turn without braking.. then resulted in a wide turning.. wa.. i feel very bad.. y suddenly become so noob.. as if its my first few lesson on road.. shit man.. then after tt rd, went back to main rd again.. he ask me to do a U turn.the U turn was alright. but before the U turn, he tell me," you make feel like going back to the circuit. coz u nv give me the sense of secure and steadiness". i hear liao i sian 3/4.. then i tell myself i wanted to drive properly. then finally i did a nice stop in fron tof the red light. from gear 4 to gear 1.. when reaching bbdc, he ask me to turn in, but gt car on my right, i cannot get in.. and there is a bus broke down infront.. so many haazards.. sian.. i miss the turn.. zzz.. then went on to bukit batok ave.. can see tt his blood gonna boil.. but bo bian.. then drive, mistake again.. mistake and mistake.. dumb.. few minutes before lesson end, the "debrief", he tell me the last few session he took me was ok, but today was horrible.. my bad.. and i apologise.. hais.. if continue liddat, can die in tp liao.. hais..

went to the bus stop after tt to wait for bus, those NB-CB smoker cant stop smoking.. the whole bus stop all smoke.. the light at the bus stop shine downwards, can see how concentrated the smoke is.. then one dickhead keep talking on his phone with a cigarette on his hand.. smoke and talk.. make me become a farking passive smoker.. CB dickhead.. lucky bus come early.. zzz.. sian diao lor..

sad life and sad day for lok kok kia(me).. zzz T_T
