woke up early in the morning and went for training. gotta complete 4 super triangle today.. was kinda sian when i think of the distance.. but marathon is just a week away.. got to train up as its only the 4th time i row in a double canoe with bernard. took 2hr and 28 min to complete the 4 super big triangle.. was kinda satisfy with it though its still considered slow.. put down my paddle and look at both palms. got 6-7 blisters.. so shiok.. it is even worst than round unbin marathon.. ha.. but its ok la.. but wat worried me most is my back.. i cant bend down swiftly.. i need to do it slowly.. my back is screwed.. omg.. i scared that i will be like kel.. hopefully i will recover by tomolo and nothing bad will happen.

during the 4 rounds, i'm actually quite er xin la.. lol.. keep farting.. got 15-20 times.. i sit in front summore.. the wind blow the nice smelling scent behind and bernard smells it all.. =x donno wat happen to my stomach.. just cant stop farting.. sorry ar bernard.. its not like i can control myself from farting.. hehe.. finish washing boats, i went home.. cant do the ending sets anymore as i am just liek a piece of dead meat.. counting down to marathon.. keep my finger cross.. all the best to everyone who participate in the marathon.. =)

wa.. has been quite sometime since i last entry.. anyway, went to watch two movies straight in a row.. watched fearless first then watch i not stupid too.. both shows are great.. damn good.. rate them 10/10.. watch fearless, some tears roll down my cheek when i see him die... but when i watch i not stupid, the tears keep rolling down(at the end of the movie).. really very gan dong.. maybe i too emotional ba.. but i always enjoy jack neo film.. his film always got lame and funny action involve.. wahaha,.. sad but touching and nice story.. tt's all folks.. =)
