SIIIIIiaaaaaaaaannnnn la.. today is farking day.. start with a freaking morning.. went to toa payoh stadium to take my napha test.. gt the prepare to fail mode cuz i'm down with flu.. sure no stamina to run de.. reach there, see people seating around.. tryint to find some familiar faces.. walk from left to right, right to left.. like some dumb ass like tt.. luckily i manage to find one familiar person and he told me wat to do.. show the indian instructor my 11B and proceeded to get my number tag.. got number 42.. the Physical training instructor (PTI) all very strict and stern as they describe all the rules and regualtion..

first station, standing broad jump(SBJ).. can have a total of 2 tries.. see some people jump, like frog like tt.. 240++, 250++, 260++.. but some cant jump.. when its my turn, i jump 214..wtf man.. i can usually jump 220++ or 230++.. today like shit.. 214 is 1 point.. means bronze le.. bronze == fail.. siaan diao.. but guo jun worst.. he cant jump over 200cm range.. haha.. =x

second station, sit & reach.. usually is 44cm.. today 38cm.. after two tries still 38cm.. wa kao.. really like shit..

third station, sit up.. i think this station is the only one that i am satisfied with.. did 44 times in 1 minute.. the PTI is so strict la.. if elbow nv touch knee cap, shoulder nv touch floor mat, its a NO COUNT!

fourth station, pull up.. this station really disappoint me.. haiz.. see other ppl.. nt all can do more than 4.. u cant use your biceps to do, u cant kick, u cant cycle ur way up, u nv straighten your hands, chin not over the bar clearly, all this action will lead to a NO COUNT! it my turn and i am pretty confident.. coz pull up should not be a problem.. when i mount the bar, the old injury at the joint of my right arm suddenly strike me.. wa lan eh.. i cant use any strength at all la.. i dismount the bar, stretch and mount again.. this time i know that the problem is really serious.. i tried so hard to pull and manage to do 5.. i still gt strength left.. its not like i cant do but just that the joint.. its stopping me.. knn.. felt so bu shuang la!!! Y star 2 course i kena this injury!!! fark.

fifth station, shuttle run.. very cock up oso.. when its my turn, the PTI shouted ready and go.. the first few steps like wanna fall down, nt stable at all.. wa lan eh.. pek chek la.. y all thing so cock up.. then end up with a 10.4s.. though its 3 points, but i still sian diao.. coz i believe i can do better..

the last station, 2.4km run.. i don even bother to run.. gt flu == no stamina. The outcome is clear.. y still wanna waste time.. i hated my performance today.. everything all drop and de-prove.. i'm not happy.. nor satisfy.. went to return my tag and went back to the pull up bar.. wo bu gan xing.. i try to do again.. endure the pain and manage to do 8.. but no use already... test is over.. change and went back to office... the whole morning is damn fark up.. though this napha test is not really important for now, but i still wan to do better.. next is school napha test, that is the important one as it decides when u go into the army and what award for physical fitness will appear on ur certificate..

went back to office and rot.. basically one project is waiting for superviser to check and prepare to close the case.. second project is waiting for superviser to confirm things with us.. so we have gt nothing to do but rot.. ROT u know.. sian wan.. i wanna train.. but the old injury that i gt back in the morning wont allow me to.. it hurts when i swing my right arm forward.. hopefully it will heal faster and not affect the regatta this saturday.. haiz..

y the injury is suddenly back.. y y y y Y la!!! sian full.. went to watch flushed away with JD.. the movie quite lame and funny la.. those slugs inside are super funny and cute.. haha.. can try watching it.. see how frog wanna clear away rats but fail.. lol... tt's all for today.. time to slp!!! hopefully i will recover by tml? i seriously hope so..
